If you suspect that something is wrong or you feel an urgent need to speak with the midwife, call at any time regardless of the hour. Please call immediately if you experience any of the following:
- Bleeding from the vagina or the urethra
- Severe persistent abdominal pains or cramping
- Severe headaches, dim or blurry vision
- No fetal movement for 12 hours
- Swelling of the face or hands
- Fainting spells
- High fever (above 100F taken orally)
